To My Biological Grandchildren…
You all are now young adults. I have often wondered if you have ever questioned why you have not had a Blacklidge grandfather and step-grandmother in your lives for these many years. I wonder about what you have been falsely told by those really responsible for our absence. Those would be your parents, primarily your Blacklidge parent. At some point, you may want to know the full story. You and we have missed much in these years. Marcia and I wanted very much to be a part of your lives.
