On January 13th the Supreme Court of the United States spent hours hearing from attorneys about so-called transgender athletes in sports. This was a total waste of the Court’s time and money. When the day was done, we learned any judgment would be forthcoming in June. So, it will take 5 months for these learned Justices to make a decision about whether what is being called “transgender girls” can play in women’s sports. What a total travesty.
In the first place, the word “transgender” is a fictitious word with no meaning. It is an oxymoron. The parts of that word, “Trans” and “Gender”, simply do not go together under any circumstances. Impossible. Gender cannot be changed and is fixed at conception.
So, the issue is whether genetic boys can participate in genetic girls’ sports. It is biologically certain to be able to determine a boy (male) from a girl (woman). There are two terms used in genetics: phenotype and genotype. The former is the outward appearance of a organism and the latter is the genetic makeup of the same organism.
In the case of human beings, the genotype, I repeat, is determined at the moment of conception and cannot be changed, ever. A simple look at the chromosomes of an individual tells the tale. There are 46 chromosomes in humans: 23 are from the father and 23 from the mother. The chromosomes indicating gender are in fact called the gender or sex chromosomes. A male has one X chromosome and one Y chromosome. A female has two X chromosomes and no Y chromosome. Easy, don’t you think. And that cannot be changed. The chromosomes can be seen easily with a simple laboratory procedure called karyotyping.
About every cell in one’s body contains a full set of genes. There are a few exceptions of cells that carry no genes like red blood cells. No chemical (drug) treatment or surgery can change the underlying genotype. One is either male or female. No switch is possible.
A person can adopt behavior of one gender or another. One can dress however one wants. One can get drug (hormone) treatments until the cows come home. One can get body modification surgery galore. Nothing changes the genotype. Nothing changes gender. I repeat again, it is fixed at conception.
And the fact is there are significant biological differences between a genetic male and a genetic female. The differences that would affect athletic performance are huge. A genetic male has more muscle mass, more bone mass, endurance difference, and more. All of which give genetic males an advantage when participating in genetic female athletics.
So, it should take the Supreme Court about 5 minutes to come forth with a decision, if that long. Boys (males) — call them what you would like — should never be allowed to compete in girls (female) sports. It is ridiculous no ruling will be available until June.
The entire Court hearing was a joke. Even the advocates of transgender athletes could not say what a woman is.

I write to call your attention to the lead article on page one of the Jan 14-20 issue of The Epoch Times. I hope you will have your staff obtain a copy of the full article. It is long and comprehensive. Headline: “Behind the Group That Controls Chinese Students in US”.
I have written about this subject before. It involves the presence of Chinese students at both Purdue and Indiana University, but particularly at Purdue. The subhead of the Epoch Times article says, “Chinese students in America are pressured to ‘fight with all their might for the motherland”.
The message from the Chinese government to all Chinese students in American universities is clear: copy and steal everything you can to send back to China. And we let that happen!
The largest student organization on Purdue’s campus is the “Chinese Students and Scholars Association”. This at one of our nation’s largest research universities: Purdue. As a multi-graduate of Purdue, I say to myself, “What the HELL is going on?”. Are we stupid or what?
I realize that Chinese students on campus bring many millions of dollars to universities and to the support services around them. So, the answer must be greed on the part of universities. In a July 2025 article, I read there are about 277,000 Chinese students currently in the US. I also read somewhere that President Trump is OK with up to about 600,000 such students.
Money!!!! I have read that some universities would have to close without the money from such as China coming in. My opinion: TOO BAD. My years at Purdue as a graduate student even at middle age told me the staffing bloat is huge. I suspect most large universities need an Elon Musk DOGE exposure and drastic cuts much like was needed in the federal government.
We have known for decades that foreign students have stolen intellectual property worth trillions from our research and technology institutions. Yet we continue to allow it in the name of money. We must be crazy.
Again, I hope you will have someone seek out the full article for you. It is important for you to not turn a blind eye to this. As you can tell, this entire matter makes me really angry. It is long past time to cut off the flow of vital research and information to enemies.

Awaken
The extent of the fraud perpetrated by Muslim Somali immigrants in the United States staggers one’s beliefs. It has now been identified as being in the tens of billions of dollars. It is not only in Minnesota but across the country.
But this can be a blessing. It has awakened our nation to what happens when immigrants incompatible with our nation’s foundations and beliefs are taken in. It is time for a reversal. It is time for deportation of all illegal aliens; no exceptions. It is time to end all “Temporary Protective Status” for thousands, then deportation as soon as possible.
It is time to closely examine all VISA holders and deport any who hold beliefs counter to USA values. This includes all in the country on student or visitor VISAs. It is time to totally end chain migration and lottery migration.
President Trump has already issued full suspension of immigration from 19 countries, many of which are Islam dominated countries. Many of those countries are harborers of terrorists wanting to harm the United States. Maybe it is time to suspend all immigration from anywhere for a time until corrective actions can be taken.
Our Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, has warned about the intrusion into the United States of Muslims. She warned that Islam beliefs are not compatible with the Christian foundations of our country. She warned about the Muslim Brotherhood and the Council of American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) with legal efforts to designate them as foreign terrorist organizations. CAIR is pushing for Sharia Law based on the Quran be a part of US legal systems. This cannot happen. Sharia Law must be by statute banned in all states.
Both Florida and Texas governors are leading efforts to target Muslim advocacy organizations to restrict funding to Muslim organizations by tying them to terrorist groups. Finally, we must recognize that Islam is not compatible with the Christian foundation and beliefs enshrined in the Constitution of the United States of America and the Bill of Rights.
Rather, Islam is both a religion and a political movement dedicated to domination of the entire world. It is the opposite of personal freedom. It is for rule by Sharia Law without exception. It will use whatever means are necessary to conquer including war. Look back through the centuries. Evidence is clear.
Now today look at what has happened and is happening in Europe. European countries with Christian foundations are being destroyed by illegal Islam believing immigrants. Soon Europe will not be recognizable unless those countries take drastic action to remove (deport) all Muslim immigrants.
We cannot let happen in the United States of America what has and is happening in Europe. It is time to identify and deport all who do not embrace the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights, speak English, and embrace our country’s traditions and customs. It is time to deport all illegal aliens whatever their beliefs.
We have been warned that Western Civilization is at risk. And, yes, the US Constitution guarantees a right to practice one’s religious faith, but it does not grant a right to dominate.
The time for bold and strong action is now.
Islamic Danger
If you did not listen to or read the text of the speech given by Tulsi Gabbard, the Director of National Intelligence of the United States of America, given at the December 20th gathering of the Turning Point USA’s America Fest, you must. The message she delivered should shake our nation to its very core.
In her speech, she said, “…there is a threat to our freedom that is not often talked about enough, and it is the greatest near and long term threat to both our freedom and our security, and that is the threat of ISLAMIST IDEAOLOGY. It is propagated by people who not only do not believe in freedom, their fundamental ideology is antithetical to the foundation that we find in our Constitution and Bill of Rights, which is that our Creator endowed upon us inalienable rights, the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.”
Gabbard does not specifically say the very foundation of United States of America is in Christianity, but it is. It is, as is the foundation of all Western European countries.
Gabbard did go on to say that “when we talk about this Islamist ideology, it is the ideology that fuels terrorist groups like Al Qaeda and ISIS and Hamas and Boko Haram and others, and they must be defeated militarily…… but this Islamist ideology is a direct threat to our freedom because at its core it is a political ideology that seeks to create a global caliphate that governs us here in America, threatening Western civilization, governance by Sharia law, governance by what they are calling Islamic principles. And if you fail to comply, if you fail to adhere to this ideology, if you dare to exercise your God given right to free speech, censorship is not what we face. They will use violence or any means they deem as necessary to silence us”.
We have seen around the globe this means decapitation and death. We have seen Christians slaughtered for their beliefs. We have seen terrorists attacks and murders in the United States. It goes on and on.
We are seeing overt actions escalate within our own country to promote Islam. Most recently, the Council of American Islamic Relations issued a call to action to use American legal and political systems to implement Sharia law, a religious/political body of law based upon the teachings of the Quran. Sharia law must be banned from all US governing systems including US courts.
We are seeing in Europe what happens if guard is lowered. Millions of illegal Islam believing immigrants have flooded into what are Christian foundation countries. The result has been chaos, violence, and even the loss of culture and beliefs once based in Judeo-Christian tenants. Europe is losing.
Gabbard said, “The bottom line is this. When we talk about the threat of Islamism, this political ideology, there is no such thing as individual freedom or liberty. Islamism (or Islam) is fundamentally incompatible with our nation’s foundation of freedom.”
And if you think this gradual invasion of the USA by Islamism is not occurring, just think about Dearborn, Michigan; Minneapolis, Minnesota; and most recently Patterson, New Jersey, who calls itself the first Muslim city. Think, too, about Kokomo, Indiana, where an Islamic Center was established not that many years ago. Think about the fact the Kokomo-Howard County Public Library was the site of a “What does the Quran Say..” gathering in December. Think about the fact an Indiana University Kokomo chemistry professor as long ago as 26 years taught Islam in university facilities in violation of university rules.
It is time to carefully vet all believers in Islam in the United States to determine where loyalty is rooted. Is it in the Constitution and Bill of Rights of the United States of America or is it in the Quran? It is time to deport all Islamists who are not US citizens including many who are among the hoard of illegal aliens that have invaded our country. There is no time to waste.

[Open Letter to Indiana State Senator Jim Buck]
Senator Buck:
The stench from the Indiana Senate reeks of political BS. This smells of RINO Todd Young, Mike Pence, and Mitch Daniels. All twenty one Republican Senators that voted NO to redistricting need to be sent home in the next election. You have put the country at risk if it turns out the two Indiana seats mean the difference in a GOP House of Representatives or a Democrat one. Shame on you. It was never about what happens inside our state, but what happens federally. That and the fact one of Indiana’s current districts was clearly drawn based on RACE. Again, shame on you and the others. Had I still been the publisher of the Kokomo Tribune, you all would have been torched. Frankly, I hope President Trump does everything in his power to punish Indiana. We deserve it.

Our Beloved Country and Christmas

[This prayer taken from the Book of Common Prayer talks about the coming together of peoples from many backgrounds into a united people under the direction of Almighty God and Jesus Christ. We are a Christian nation based in a Judeo-Christian heritage. We cannot and must not allow any other religion to become a significant or dominant influencing presence in our nation. We must not allow enclaves of other religions, particularly militant ones, to become established in our nation that separate themselves from Judeo-Christian foundations upon which our nation is based.
Yes, the United States of America has a Constitutional provision that provides the government will not establish a national religion and will allow freedom of persons to practice their religion freely. The framers of the Constitution were not then concerned about Buddhism, Hinduism, or Islam or any other world religion gaining a presence in the United States of America. Times have changed. All peaceful religions have been welcomed.
Throughout the world currently where one finds conflict and intolerance, one commonly finds Islam dominance. One only has to look at what were Christian established nations in Europe to see what happens when millions of Islam believing immigrants flood in. European Christians had to beat back followers of Islam more than once historically with the latest being in the 17th Century. And look now at Nigeria where Christians are being slaughtered by followers of Islam.
“A core tenet of the Quran is that Islam is the final, complete, and the only currently accepted religion in the sight of God after the coming of the Prophet Muhammad. Therefore, while past followers of the original, uncorrupted revelations of Moses and Jesus were considered true believers, contemporary individuals, including Jews and Christians who reject the final message of the Quran, are considered disbelievers, and their path is not accepted by God after the advent of Islam.”

Coward’s Way Out!
It sure appears the Indiana State Senate has taken the coward’s way out. Senator Pro Tem Rodric Bray has announced the Indiana Senate will not take up the Indiana Redistricting matter as was expected. This means voters of Indiana will not know what Senators were in favor of redistricting in Indiana more in favor of Republicans and those who were not. Frankly, this is outrageous. Indiana voters have a right to know.
Clearly, with 7 0f 9 Indiana Congressional districts being represented by Republicans, Indiana is considered a highly “Red” state; one heavily Republican. This, too, is clearly the case in the Indiana General Assembly where Republicans hold a super majority in both houses. So, what is the situation inside the State of Indiana is not the issue. The issue is what is happening at the federal level; the United States of America as a country level.
All over the country, Democrats are engaged in redistricting to increase their numbers in the U.S. House of Representatives. They have been doing this for years and continue the practice. The goal is to flip control of the US House of Representatives from now narrow Republican control to Democrat control. Control of the House by Democrats would be a disaster for the country and would totally block President Trump and MAGA goals which are now working very well. Even a flip to Democrat control would likely result in the impeachment proceedings being leveled at President Trump.
Republicans in Indiana can remain on the “high and mighty” course and not pursue redistricting. This involves two Congressional seats if flipped from Democrat to Republican means actually a four seat swing to Republicans. This could well mean the difference between a Republican verses a Democrat controlled US Congress. It could mean the difference between a positive path for our country and a very negative, destructive one.
The now two Democrat seats in Indiana are one in northwest Indiana and one in the Indianapolis area. The one in northwest Indiana is trending toward Republican anyway. The one on the Indianapolis area has a Democrat representative that is aligning himself with the extreme left wing of the Democrat Party: the AOC, Bernie Sanders, Zohran Mamdani wing.
It is time to step up with a vote in the Indiana Senate. Voters have a right to know who will vote which way. They have a right to know who to hold responsible for the future of our nation. It is that serious. Indiana needs to lead the way openly and not the coward’s way.

[Below is a response to a column by Daniel Suddeath, Editor of the News and Tribune in Jeffersonville, IN, that appeared in the Kokomo Tribune on 10/30/2025 and was headed: “Our heritage doesn’t justify hate, demonization of migrants”]
Daniel:
I just read your column on migrants in the October 30th issue of the Kokomo Tribune. My conclusion: you just don’t get it. There is no hate or demonization of illegal “migrants” as you claim; but illegal aliens are in violation of U.S. law.
It is not the late 1800s or the early 1900s when mass legal migration mostly from Europe to the United States took place. It is 2025. The fact is the millions of illegal aliens in this country have broken federal law. Many, if not most, have not the qualifications required of legal immigrants…. can’t speak English, little formal education, and know little or nothing about the history and traditions of the United States of America. And we have already seen the negative effects on taxpayers’ social services, schools, and health care. Time to go back to home countries and start over: legally.
You mention Muslims. Have you taken a look at what has happened in Europe with the mass migration of largely illegal Muslim immigrants into those countries? Europe was once a collection of Christian countries that had to defeat Muslim armies hundreds of years ago. Now with the mass migration that has occurred, those same countries are faced with all sorts of negative consequences.
The Unites States of America and European countries were and are based on Judeo-Christian principles. That is history. The fact is Christianity may not be compatible with Islam. Take a look at Dearborn, Michigan. And take a look, too, at what is going on in New York City. Zohran Mamdani is dangerous.
Finally, more and more people, immigrants or otherwise, don’t make for desirable growth. I don’t think we want the USA to look like China or India; at least I don’t.
So, please pull your head out of the sand.
It is TIME!
Governor Braun has called a Special Session of the Indiana General Assembly. It is time to get redistricting done!
Republicans currently hold seven of Indiana’s nine congressional seats. Redistricting could be done easily by the Indiana General Assembly Republican super majority if it wanted to do so. No Democrat votes would be needed for support and Democrats could not block such a move. Our state is already tightly controlled by Republicans. The only two Democrat congressional seats presently from Indiana are one in the Gary/Hammond area and one in Indianapolis. Both of Indiana’s Senators in the US Congress are Republican as well.
So, what is the issue? It is not within our state. Indiana is a solid RED state. The issue is power in the U.S. House of Representatives. There is a mid-term election coming in 2026. The current Republican control of the House is slim. It would not take many switches from Republican to Democrat representatives to give control of the House of Representatives to Democrats. In my opinion, this cannot be allowed to happen. That would be a disaster for the Trump administration and for the country.
The point nationwide is to do what can be done to increase Republican control of the House of Representatives. Republicans need to pick up seats wherever possible. Look at what happened in Texas, for example. There may be a five seat pick up for the GOP from Texas through redistricting. That is a ten-seat swing. If the two Democrat seats currently held by Democrats from Indiana became Republican, that is another two seats or a four-seat swing. There are other potential gains in other states. And Democrats are examining the possibility of adding to their side in states that could redistrict in their favor.
So, the fight is on. Timid behavior cannot be tolerated. Indiana should redistrict if, and only if, the two Democrat seats can be flipped without jeopardizing any currently held GOP seats. This requires very careful decisions. Mistakes cannot be tolerated.
If Indiana would be totally Republican in the United State Congress, we would have done our part in keeping the country on course. Indiana would have done its part in keeping our country out of the hands of radical Democrats now led by such as Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Bernie Sanders, and worst of all, Zohran Mamdani. Get it done.
Mass Deportations
Interesting, but way too long a front-page article in the September 24th Kokomo Tribune that was titled, “Mass Deportation”. It took about 1/3rd of the front page and over half of page two. It should not take most of two pages to say mass deportation of illegal aliens is happening with more to come.
The fact is Joe Biden et.al. allowed — encouraged — millions of people from other places to enter the United States of America illegally. The estimate is something around 25 million came on top of the illegal aliens already here. All have violated U.S. immigration laws.
One argument being made is illegal aliens have Constitutional rights including due process. The opposing argument is only U.S. citizens have rights under the Constitution. Certainly, Constitutional rights do not apply to everyone in the world!
So, the Immigration and Custom Enforcement Agency (ICE) is finding and deporting illegal aliens. The first effort has been and is the rounding up of illegal aliens that have committed crimes either in the U.S. or in their home country. Then, depending upon the severity of the crime, either deporting them or locking them in prison. This all to make our country and citizens safer. We should applaud this effort.
The truth is any person who crossed the border recently or many years ago that did not do so having a proper VISA or granted asylum claim or application for citizenship is in violation of immigration law and has no right to be here. And there is no reason to clog up courts for years.
Many illegal aliens have now chosen to self-deport. The Department of Homeland Security estimates the number to be around 1.6 million. Those are the smart ones who have chosen a path that will permit later application for legal entry into the U.S.. Illegal aliens who are apprehended by I.C.E. and deported have no future path back into the U.S..
Of course, there are those who believe “criminal illegal aliens” and illegal aliens who have not otherwise committed a crime in the U.S. should be treated differently…… like allowing the latter to stay in the United States. No. U.S. law is U.S. law. It does not differentiate between groups that have or have no other issues. Crossing the border and residing in the U.S. without adherence to U.S. immigration law is illegal. Apprehending and sending back to home countries is enforcing U.S. law uniformly.
And, yes, there will be economic disruption with removal of illegal aliens who have also illegally been working jobs for pay in the United States. That is violation number two. Disruptions will be encountered in agriculture, construction, food processing, landscaping, and hospitality to name a few. Too bad. Now maybe the companies involved will pay proper wages to citizens.
Republicans were elected in part to deal with the illegal alien problem. The administration is acting. I.C.E. deserves our total support. Any who resist or threaten should be arrested and prosecuted. Immigration law must be enforced impartially and fully. Any change in law will have to come by an act of Congress.
